Through discussion and sharing ideas about strategies, these cards will enable young people to identify, examine and explore specific areas of concern to ensure the experience is as stress-free as possible. Includes: People won’t like me; The work will be too hard; How do I make new friends?; I won’t be able to find my classroom.
